Cheddar Topped Sauger Fillets
2-14oz. Frozen boneless sauger fillets
2 tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup coarsely chopped canned mushrooms
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Arrange thawed fish in greased shallow baking dish. Pour combined margarine and lemon juice over fish. Season with pepper. Bake at 450°F until fish flakes with fork easily. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon over fish and continue baking until cheese is melted.
