1 tbsp. paprika
2-1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp. white pepper
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
cooking oil
4 tbsp. melted butter
2 whitefish fillets
Mix all seasonings and keep extra in a dry sealed
bag or jar. Heat a large skillet with cooking oil over high heat.
In a small dish melt butter. Dip each fillet in butter then roll
in seasonings to coat fish on both sides. Place fish in skillet
and cook until underside looks charred, turn and finish cooking.
Serve with melted butter.
