Facilities

At Freshwater Fish, we utilize the latest processing technologies and equipment to ensure the highest quality, consistency and safety in our products. The 110,000-square-foot plant in Winnipeg processes fish brought in by 34 agencies operating out of 54 delivery points on 280+ lakes. Our facility has the capacity to process over one million pounds of products each week and is federally-inspected, HACCP and Orthodox Union (OU) certified.
